for a friendly match with Waihi at Waihi on June 4 and it was decided to accede to the request. A letter from the Thames Golf Club on the subject of forming a district union was also dealt with. The proposal found general favour aaid it was resolved that a letter be sent to the Thames Club expressing approval. It was resolved to hold a general meeting on June 12.
