TWELVE DEAD
EMPIRE DAY IN CANADA (United P.A.—By Telegraph—Copyright) (Australian Press Association) Reed. 9.5 a.m. OTTAWA, Friday. /AVER 12 were killed and many injured as a result of Empire day holiday accidents, including parents who were killed and three children who were injured when a train hit a motor-car at a level crossing at Locust Hill. Seven men were drowned in canoe accidents in the AbStibi River, North Bay.
