EMPIRE DAY. —Numerous publilunches were the chief manifestations of Empire Day in London. The New Zealand High Commissioner, Sir James Parr, visited the big stores in London where there are excellent displays of New Zealand produce in connection wi:h Empire shopping week. —A.P.A
