The sailing-ship Star of Falkland, which ran ashore at Akun Head, in the Bering Sea, is a total loss. All aboard were saved, the ship having a crew of 40, and also 2SO ! Chinese cannery-workers on board. ! She was owned by the Alaska i Packers’ Association.
