Wednesda > A rather unusual case \va»before Mr. Justice Smith, arising from an application for an order consenting to the marriage of a girl of 18£ and a man of major age. The girl's parents refused to consent on the ground That the man was mentally afflicted, but an examination by a doctor found no evidence in support of the parents' contention, and it was left to the court to decide the question.
