HOSPITAL OFFICES

TRANSFER POSTPONED Having been before the Hospital Board many times during the last 16 years, the question of erecting an administrative block at the hospital was again postponed at a special meeting yesterday. In his annual report. Dr. C. E. Maguire, medical superintendent, stressed the need for the building, which should accommodate offices, outpatients’ department and dental hospital. Through the block should be the only entrance for visitors, who at present, considerably hampered the work of the institution. Consideration of a building at the hospital was postponed again on account of financial stringency.
