AIRPLANE TO TE KUITI

MR. MILLS FLYS TO-DAY (From Our Own Correspondent) TE KUITI, To-day. The airplane flight by Mr. D. Mills from Auckland to Te Kuiti, which was to have taken place on Saturday, had to be postponed on account of adverse weather corfditions. Mr. Mills will attempt the flight today, leaving Auckland at 3 p.m. Exceptionally heavy rains during the past few days have caused the Mangaokewa River to overflow, resulting in the roads in the vicinity of the proposed landing ground being impassable on Saturday. However, with a change in the weather now conditions should .prove favourable to-day.
