CONGRATULATIONS TO LADY HEATH AIR SECRETARY’S MESSAGE British Offioial Wireless Reed. 11.10 a.m. RUGBY, Friday. Sir Samuel Hoare, Secretary for Air, has aent the following telegram to Lady Heath, who yesterday completed a flight from Capetown to London in a light airplane: “Congratulations on safe return after your adventurous and successful 10,000 miles flight.”
