TN attendance on the King and Queen when recently they attended a performance of Handel’s oratorio, “Solomon,” by ’He Royal Philharmonic Society at the Queen’s Hall was Sir Edward Elgar, 0.M., Master of the King’s M usick. Sir Edward has held this unique office for the last four years and is as popular a personality with the King and Queen as he is with his brother musicians all the world over.
