AIRWAYS OVER PERSIA NEGOTIATIONS PENDING British Official Wireless Reed. noon. RUGBY, Monday. In the House of Commons, the Secretary of State tor Foreign Affairs, Sir Austen Chamberlain, announced the conclusion of an agreement with Persia, whereby the Persian Government had expressed a willingness to enter into negotiations with the British Imperial Airways Company regarding the conditions under which air services between Egypt and India should be operated. Sir Austen added that he had taken the opportunity of expressing the satisfaction of the British Government at the agreement reached.
