DEATH OF MR. C. HARTLEY

The flag of the Royal New Zealand Yacht Squadron is flying half-mast today as a mark of respect to the late Mr. Charles Hartley, a member of the squadron and commodore of the Tauranga Yacht and Power-Boat Club, whose death was announcid last evening. Mr. Hartley, who had lived in Tauranga for 12 years, took a foremost part in aquatics and had done much for yachting. He owned the yacht Janet for some time and later the keeler Vanitie.
