RECALCITRANT CAR
“JIBBED” ON TRAM LINE OWNER PAYS £lO FINE Fress Association. DUNEDIN, Monday. When George Hunter was charged in the Police -Court to-day with being in charge of a motor-car while in a state of intoxication, evidence was given that his car had stopped on the tram line, and that he had been unable to get it to go. A fine of £l6 was imposed, accused’s licence was cancelled, and he was prohibited from driving for 12 months.
