GIRL KILLS YOUNG MAN

SHOT IN BALLROOM TRAGIC AFFAIR AT GENEVA (United P.A.—By Telegraph — Copyright) (Australian Press Association) GENEVA, Saturday. A tragic affair occurred in a crowded ballroom at the Kursaal, where many English and American visitors were present. Mademoiselle Paraschiva, a Rumanian girl, who formerly was a dancer at the Kursaal, crossed the floor and beckoned from one of the tables a wealthy young man, Raymond Boissier, a native of Switzerland. The pair had a few bitter words. Then the girl drew a revolver from her handbag and shot Boissier dead. She attempted to shoot herself, but was disarmed by the other dancers. It is said the girl loved Boissier, who had sent her a letter ending their friendship.
