COASTAL MOVEMENTS— The Gunbar arrives at Auckland this afternoon and berths at the King’s Wharf. At 3 p.m. to-morrow she leaves Auckland on her return trip to East Coast bays, Gisborne and Napier. The Waipiata is expected to leave Auckland at 5 p.m. to-morrow for Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin. The Kaiwarra, from Westport, via Picton and Wellington, is expected to arrive at Auckland to-morrow morning. The "Kairanga, en route from Dunedin, Timaru and Lyttelton, arrived at New Plymouth at 8.30 a.m. to-day and is expected to leave there this evening for Auckland, where she is <lue on Wednesday. _ The Kaitangata, en route from Dunedin, Timaru and Lyttelton, arrived at New Plymouth at 8.30 a.m. to-day, and is expected to leave there this evening for Auckland, where she is due on Wednesday. The Kaitangata was to leave Greymouth yesterday at 4 a.m. for Napier and Auckland, and should arrive here about Thursday. The Kurow arrived at Bluff at 8 a.m. yesterday and is to leave there tomorrow afternoon, via Dunedin, Lyttelton, Wellington and Gisborne for Auckland. „ . , The Kartigi is expected to complete her loading at Westport to-day for Napier and Auckland, and should arrive here about Sunday next. The Kawatiri, which left Auckland late on Saturday evening for Westport, loads at the coal port to-morrow for Auckland.
The Waimea, which arrived here yesterday and berthed at King’s Wharf, sails to-morrow at 4 p.m. on her return trip to Gisborne and Napier. The Baron Fairlie is expected to leave here on Saturday next for New Flymouth, where she completes her discharge of basic slag from Antwerp. The Wirral is due at Wellington today from Auckland and sails on Wednesday for Lyttelton and Dunedin to land the balance of her New York cargo. The Matakana, from Liverpool, via Auckland, is due at Wellington to-day and sails on Thursday for Lyttelton and Dunedin. The Wairuna leaves Wellington tomorrow for Melbourne, Adelaide and Sydney to complete her discharge of Pacific Coast cargo. The West Elcajon, which arrived at Lyttelton yesterday from Wellington, sails on Thursday for Timaru and Napier to land the balance of her Pacific Coast Ca The Waipu sails from Auckland at 5.30 p.m. to-day for Kerepeehi, returning at S a.m. on Wednesday. The Clansman is expected to sail at 5 p.m. to-day for Russell, Opua, Whangaroa and Mangonui. She is due back in Auckland at 7.30 a.m. on Friday. The Matangi sails at 7 o’clock this evening for Tauranga, returning to Auckland at 7 a.m. on Wednesday. The Kawau sails for Kawau, Leigh and Mangawai at 4 p.m. to-day and is due back in Auckland at 11 p.m. to-morrow. The Hauiti is scheduled to sail at 7.20 a.m. to-morrow for Coromandel. She is due back in Auckland at 7 o’clock tomorrow evening. The Omana sails for Waiwera, Mahurangi and Warkworth at 7.30 a.m. tomorrow, returning to Auckland at 7.30 p.m. the same day. The Taniwha is due in Auckland at 9.30 p.m. to-day from Paeroa. She sails on the return trip at 6 p.m. to-morrow.
The Claymore is expected to arrive in Auckland at 3.30 a.m. to-morrow from Whangarei. She sails on the return journey at 4 p.m. the same day. The Tiroa is loading to-day and will sail to-morrow for Hicks Bay and Gisborne.
The Awahou sails from Auckland today for Portland, to load cement. She returns on Wednesday morning, and sails at noon for Hicks Bay, Tokomaru Bay, and Gisborne.
