ELECTION DATE

EARLY IN NOVEMBER

.TT is anticipated that the general election will be held in the first or second week in November of this year. On occasions the campaign has been taken well into December, but in circumstances of this nature the date is considered too close to Christmas. Much will depend upon the length of the Parliamentary session, but there is much in the belief thst members of the House of Representatives have it in their hands to speed up the business of Parliament when they see their political opponents busy on the electioneering platform. The session should last for a bare three months.
