COASTAL MOVEMENTS— The Nobel Explosive Company's auxiliary schooner Piri sailed from Auckland last evening for Dunedin. The Hikurangi sailed frcitn Auckland last evening for Whangarei. The scow Elsie Mary left Auckland last evening for Gisborne. The Awahou shifted from the North W T all to King’s Wharf to-day. She will leave on Monday or Tuesday for Hicks Bay, Tokomaru Bay and Gisborne. The Putiki is expected to arrive in Auckland about Wednesday for overhaul. The Waipu sailed early this afternoon for Waiheke. She is due back in Auckland at 6.30 p.m. to-morrow and sails for Kerepeehi at 5.30 p.m. on Monday. Tho Motu sailed shortly after noon today for Awanui and Waipapakauri, and is due back about Wednesday. The Kawau is expected to arrive in Auckland at 3.30 p.m. to-day from 'Waiwera, Mahurangi and Warkworth. She sails at 9.50 p.m. to-morrow for Surfdale, Ostend and Omiha. The Taniwha sails for Paeroa at 4.30 p.m. to-morrow, and is due back on Monday at 9.30 p.m.

The Claymore leaves Auckland at 10.30 p.m. to-morrow for Whangarei, returning to Auckland at 3.30 a.m. on Tuesday. The Matangi is expected to arrive at 7 a.m. to-morrow from Tauranga, sailing on the return trip at 7 p.m. on Monday. The Hauiti is due at 7 p.m. to-morrow from Ostend and Omiha. She sails for Coromandel at 7.20 a.m. on Tuesday, returning to Auckland at 7 p.m. the s«me day. The Rangitoto arrives at 4 p.m. to-day from Thames, and sails at 5.30 a.m. on Monday on the return trip. The Omana sails at 9 a.m. on Mondav for Brown’s Bay, Arkles Bar, Manly, Deep Creek and Silverdale. She is due bao,k in Auckland at 5 p.m. the same day. The Otimai leaves Auckland at 11 a.m. on Tuesday for Kutarere and Opotiki. B.lie will receive cargo for these ports on Monaay afternoon and up to 10 a m on Tuesday. The Gunbar arrives at Auckland on Monday from the East Coast and berths at the King’s Wharf. She loads on Monday and sails at 10 o’clock on Tuesday Morning on her return trip to East Coast bays, Gisborne and Napier. The Matakana, in continuation of her voyage from Liverpool, leaves here earlv Y-bis afternoon for Wellington, Lvttelton Dunedin to complete her discharge. The Kaiwarra from Westport, via Picton, arrived at Wellington this morning and leaves this afternoon for Auckland w here she is due on Tuesday. The Kurow is loading at Bluff to-day, thence Dunedin, Lyttelton, Wellingto'n and Gisborne for Auckland. The Waimea left Napier at 3 p.m. yesterday for Auckland, where she is due to-morrow morning. At 4 p.m. on Tues-

day she leaves here on her return trip to Gisborne and Napier. The Wingatui is to load at Dunedin toward the end of next week, thence Oamaru, Timaru, Lyttelton and Wellington for Auckland.

The Waipiata is expected to leave on Tuesday afternoon for \\ elhngton, Lyttelton and Dunedin The Waikouaiti is to load at Lvttelton on Wednesday next for Auckland, and is due here the following week-end The Baron Fairlie should leave here about Saturday next for New Plymouth to complete her discharge of basic slag. . The W irral left Auckland this morning for Wellington, thence Lyttelton and Dunedin, to complete her discharge of New York cargo. The Canadian Transporter should clear W ellington to-day for Lyttelton and Dunedin to put out the balance of her Canadian cargo.

The Hurunui is due at Dunedin on Monday from Auckland and leaves about W ednesdav for Bluff to land the remainder of her London cargo. The AVest Elcajon leaves Wellington to-day for Lyttelton, Timaru and Napier.
