The Brussels correspondent of “The Times” says a mutiny broke out aboard the steamer Clan Macneil, which is well known in Australia. Her crew of Lascars, although their contracts were not completed. demanded pay at Antwerp, w’ith the intention of leaving the ship. Violence met tjie refusal, the first and second officers being injured. The police, unable to board a foreign vessel, summoned the British Consul-General. The ringleaders were arrested.
