“TILLY IN THE CITY”

STUDENTS’ NEW PLAY “Tilly in the City,” the students’ play, which has been under rehearsal for some time now, is expected to be a further addition to the list of the. students’ successes. Many of the characters in the play are “brought forward” from “Tilly of Tamaki” of three years ago. The whole story of the present play is entirely different to that of the earlier one, but such characters as A. K. Parker, detective, and Annie were so clearly and definitely portrayed in the first production that one feels that one knows how they would act under any circumstances. The box plans are now open at Lewis Eady, Ltd.
