WAIHEKE’S MEDICAL NEEDS
“We are pressing to have a district nurse for the island. We should then get some value for the money that goes from the island in hospital board levy,” said Mr. F. H. Brown, chairman of the Ostend Road Board, in referring to the medical needs of Waiheke Island at the annual meeting of ratepayers last evening.
