SUDDEN DEATH IN CHAIR

(From Our Oven Correspondent.) CAMBRIDGE, To-day.

The death occurred suddenly yesterday afternoon of Mr. Thomas Vanes, aged 60 years, at his residence in Anzac Street.

At an inquest to-day a neighbour deposed that at about 2.30 p.m. he went into deceased’s house and found him lying dead in his chair.

Ehe police said there was nothing to indicate violence or suicide. The coroner returned a verdict that death was due to heart failure.

Mr. Vanes was a widower. who came to Cambridge about 20 years ago from Canada.
