Following are the results: First Round: G. Denniston and F. Bremner defeated W. Denniston and F. Bickers; J. Fenn and O. Broad defeated J. Gifford and W. Mansel; A. Gilligan and R. Mirrielees defeated R. Goulcling and R. Alley; C. Haua and J. Vennel defeated G. Linciell and S. Hammond; R. Nel and N. Leslie defeated C. Randle and J. Pickwortli; the other crews had byes. Second round: Campbell and Agate won by default from W. Clemson and IT. Salt; G. Denniston and F. Bremner defeated J. Fenn and O. Broad; G. Lindell and S. Hammond defaulted to A. Gilligan and R. Mirrielees; R. Nel and N. Leslie defeated W. Turner and B. Evans. Semifinals: N. Campbell and E. Agate deadheated with G. Denniston and F. Bremner; A. Gilligan and R. Mirrielees defeated R. Nel and N. Campbell. Final: A. Gilligan and R. Mirrielees defeated G. Denniston and F. Bremner.
