BANKRUPTCY COURT
. DISCHARGES GRANTED A sitting of the Bankruptcy Court was held before Mr. Justice MacGregor this morning. Discharges were granted in the following cases:—Hugh Burnaby Sparrow, land agent, Thames; John Thomas, farmer, Paerata; Thomas Lawrence McQuoid, hawker, Auckland; Albert Ernest Morgan, cordial manufacturer, Paeroa; Arthur Ernest Hunter, fla::miller, Kerepeehl; Ronald George McIntosh, farmer, Kerepeehi; William Mansil Thorn, water-race foreman, Kauaeranga; Bob John Sarich, storekeeper, Morrinsville. Robert Brown, land agent, Auckland, was granted his discharge subject to a suspension of three months.
Laurfnc Edward Dwyer, trading as Tui Motors was adjudicated a bankrupt.
