NOT WANTED HERE AUSTRALIA CAN HAVE HIM (From Our Own Correspondent) HAMILTON, To-day. “He is a type of young man we don’t want here,” said Detective White in the Magistrate’s Court this morning when referring to Eric Baxter, aged 18. who was charged with stealing a £5 note in' Hamilton. Mr. White said that accused stowed away on the Aorangi from Sydney, arriving in Auckland on April 9. He reached the shore unobserved, and obtained two days’ work. Then he lived on charitable aid. Accused was ordered to. return to Australia within two months and to report to the police weekly in the meantime.
