LEAGUE OF MOTHERS
MEETING AT BELMONT All mothers who believe that their duty is to bring up children to serve God and be good citizens of the Empire, are invited to attend the meeting of the League of Mothers, to be addressed by Lady Alice Fergusson, at Belmont to-morrow afternoon. The meeting to be held in St. Michael’s and All Angels’ parish hall, is under the auspices of the League branches in Takapuna, Devonport, Bayswater and Belmont.
Members think that the league is filling the want of a meeting-place for mothers who strive to maintain the highest ideals of home life. The league
ha # recently been affiliated with the Scottish Mothers’ Union, and it hus been gaining membership steadily in New Zealand.
