Thief S urrenders.—Three young men stole a motor-cycle and side-car from a shed in Christchurch last October, and two of them were arrested. The third, Charles Edward Blacklock, disappeared until last week, when he gave himself up. He was committed to the Supreme Court for sentence. Bail was allowed.
