COASJAL MOVEMENTS— The Gunbar, which arrived at Auckland yesterday afternoon, left here this morning on her return trip to Bast Coast bays, Gisborne, and Napier The Kanna, from Southern po. ts. left Napier at 6.30 p.m. yesterday for Auckland, where she is due to-morrow morning. After discharge here the \essel loads at Auckland, and sails next Tuesday for Wellington, Lyttelton, and DunedThe Kainianawa, en route from Westport via New Plymouth, is expected to arrive at Auckland at 6.30 a.m. tomorrow. On completion of her discharge here the Kainianawa undergoes her annual. overhaul and survey at this port. The Kurow, from Port Craig and Blurt, sailed from Dunedin at 5.30 p.m. yesterday, via Lyttelton and AVellington lor Auckland, where she is due about Wednesday next. , . - <- •> The Waimea arrived at Napier at ~ a m to-day, and sails at ten o clock this evening via Gisborne for Auckland. She is due here next Monday mormng, and is to leave Auckland on the following afternoon on her return trip to Gisborne and Napier. , _ . . The Kaponga is now scheduled to leave Auckland at eight o’clock this evening for Westport, to load again for this port. The Kaiapoi is to sail from Auckland at eight o’clock this evening for Napier, where she completes her discharge of Newcastle coal, after which she will probably proceed to Greymouth for load--lUThe Westport Coal Company’s collier Canopus arrived at Auckland this morning from Westport, and berthed at the Central Wharf to unload her coal. The Newby Hall sailed from Auckland last evening for Wellington, thence Lyttelton, Dunedin, and Sydney, to complete the discharge of her New York cargo. The Kartigi is loading at Westport today for Auckland, and is expected to arrive here early next week. The Daphne left Auckland early this afternoon for Coromandel. She is due back again at half-past twelve to-morrow afternoon. , .. . The Matangi sails at seven o clock this evening for Tauranga. She is due back at seven o’clock on Sunday morning. The Rangitoto left Auckland early this afternoon for Thames. She is due back at half-past eleven to-morrow morning. The Apanui is due at Auckland at six o’clock this evening from the Groat Barrier Island. She sails at 11 p.m. tomorrow evening for Mercury Bay and Tairua.
The Omana arrived this afternoon from Kawau, and sails at half-past six this evening for Surfdale, Ostend. and Omilia. She is due back from Waiheke at nine o’clock to-morrow morning. The Kawau sailed early this afternoon for Waiwera, Mahurangi, and Warkworth. She is expected to arrive back again at noon to-morrow. The Waipu is due at Auckland at three o’clock to-morrow morning from Paeroa. She sails again at midnight on Sunday night for the same port. The Claymore is due at Auckland at half-past three to-morrow morning from Whangarei. The vessel is scheduled to sail again for the same port at half-past nine on Sunday evening.
The Hauiti is due at Auckland at one o’clock to-morrow morning from Kerepeehi. She leaves again at 1.45 p.m. the same day for Waiheke.
