RAN INTO A TRAIN
HUNTLY YOUTH CONVICTED (From Our Own Correspondent) HUNTLY, To-day. Some time ago a youth named Major Attwell. while riding a motorcycle at Ngaruawahia was run into by a train at a level crossing. His arm was broken and he was in hospital for three months. Yesterday he appeared at the Huntly Police Court before Mr. J. H. Luxford, S.M., charged with crossing a railway line when a train was approaching. He was convicted without any penalty being imposed.
