STRUCK BY MOTOR-CAR
ELDERLY MAN HURT Suffering from severe head injuries, Edward Campton, aged 72, was taken to the Auckland Hospital yesterday afternoon by the St. John Ambulance. Mr. Campton was at the corner of Ponsonby Road and Karangahape Road when he was struck by a motor-car, which swerved after a collision with another car. His son, who accompanied him, escaped injury. The injured man lives at 16 Wilton Street, Grey Lynn.
