KING COUNTRY UNION (From Our Own Correspondent) TAUMARUNUI, Saturday. At the annual rpeeting of the King Country Rugby Union held last evening, Mr. G. S. Steadman presiding, the dispute concerning the admission last year of Otorolianga, as a sub-union, and the consequent resignation of Maniapoto from the parent body, was discussed. It was resolved that a conference be held on Thursday evening at Te Kuiti, when delgates from the Otorohanga and Maniapoto Subunions will place their case before the member of the executive of the New Zealand Rugby , Union, for his decision. The following officers were elected for the ensuing year:—Patron, Mr. J. C. Rolleston, M.P.; president, Mr. G. S. Steadman; vice-presidents, Messrs. A. E. Rice (Taumarunui), T. A. Blyth (Ruapehu), A. B. A. Mossman (Otorohanga), and D. Robinson (Ohura); management committee, president and vice-presidents, and Messrs. W. PI. Johns, T. Healy, F. Carroll, C. A. Bowler, and the secretary; treasurer, Mr. A. E. Rice; secretary, Mr. E. Mather; delegate to the New Zealand Union, Mr. C. Otto; auditor, Mr. S. Sarah.
