COMO LAUNCH UPTURNS PANIC BRINGS TRAGEDY By Cable. —Press Association. — Cop'uigi.:. LONDON, Tuesday. A dispatch from Milan reports a shocking tragedy on Lake Como. A motor-boat in which there were 20 excursionists was cruising on the lake when the rudder broke near the Delnine grotto. | Two women became frightened and | threw themselves into the water.
