ANTI-WAR PACT
DOMINIONS WELCOMED By Cable. — Press Association. — Copyright , Reed. 11.10 a.m. WASHINGTON, Wed. In the event of Great Britain acceding to the anti-war pact, said Mr. F. B. Kellogg. Secretary of State, to-day, the question of the Dominions signing separately was a matter to be decided by Britain and the Dominions. He added: “The United States, of course, would welcome the signatures of any or all the Dominions.” —A. and N.Z.
