APPLES FOR GERMANY
AUSTRALIA TO HAMBURG By Cable.—Press Association. — Copyright , LONDON, Wednesday. Seven shipments of Australian apples have been sent direct to Hamburg in the present season. This represents more than 300,000 cases. German inquiry for Australian apples has considerably improved and in consequence an official from Australia House is visiting Hamburg in order to see the Horatius’s shipmetn of 40,000 cases. He will report on the marketing arrangements and also on the reception of the apples by German buyers.—A. and N.Z.
