A TASTY DISH r T ri’LL grease a basin and ML/ line it with pastry; mix a " * good sprinkling of salt and pepper with some flour , then cut into dice lib of steak and one ox kidney and rub into the flour. Take 1-J dozen beard oysters and arrange in the basin with the meat; strain the liquid from the oysters and pour over the contents of the basin. Cover with pastry and tie down securely in a pudding cloth. Steam gently foi three hours and serve with stewed mushrooms.
