W.E.A. OUTING

FUNCTION AT MANGERE The Workers’ Educational Association held a successful outing at Mangere on Saturday. A large number of those interested attended the function and eulogistic references were made to the. success of the organisation. Mr. W. H. Cocker, president of the association, said that he was delighted with the impetus of the W.E.A. and of the high standard of accomplishment of its .work. Mr. Richmond paid special tribute to the work of Mr. E. A. Nh.mler. Mr. K. Wood, aged nearly SO. was congratulated on his constant- attendance at the meetings.
