LAW SOCIETY’S ACTION A motion for a rule nisi against John Henry Victor Mansell, to be moved in th© Court of Appeal, and an application for his suspension from practice in the meantime, was moved before Mr. Justice Blair in the Supreme Court on Saturday by Mr. E. C. Blomfield. on behalf of the Auckland District Law Society. His Honour granted the order.
