SCORE OF THEFTS SENT TO WERAROA While on remand on a charge of stealing a motor-cycle, a boy aged 14 years was sent to the Boys’ Probation Home. He knocked a boy down while there and made good his escape, but was later arrested. He appeared at the Children's Court this morning to answer over 20 charges ot theft and breaking and entering. The court decided to hand the boy over to the police to be transferred to Weraroa, pending the hearing of a number of other charges of theft from Hawera.
