By Cable.—Press Association. — Copyright. ■ Reed. 11.8 a.m. CONSTANTINOPLE, Wednesday. _A, HUNGARIAN company has submitted to the Turkish Government plans to join Europe and Asia by a two-mile suspension bridge across the Bosphorus from Constantinople to Scutari. The bridge is planned with two tiers, a roadway above a railway. European expresses could continue to Bagdad and Cairo The company proposes to finance the bridge from toll charges on all sorts of traffic for several years, after which the bridge would become the property of the Turkish Government The construction would take four or five years.—A and NZ
