PREMIER BAVIN SEEKS FINANCIAL REFORM
PREPARING A SCHEME By Cable.—-Press Association. — Copyright. SYDNEY, Wednesday. The Premier of New South Wales, Mr. T. R. Bavin, in the course of his presidential address at the annual conference of Hie Nationalist Party, said his Government was preparing a far-reaching scheme of financial reform. It would affect both the form and the substance of public finances. He hoped it would enable the taxpayer to understand without difficulty the actual position of the public finances and to realise the actual cost of carrying on the great public services.—A. and N.Z.
