MOTHER IDENTIFIES SOLDIER SON’S PHOTO
MISSING FOR 11 YEARS Press Association. NEW PLYMOUTH, Wednesday. The photograph said to have been taken of an unknown soldier in a mental hospital in Sydney, and forwarded to “Wellington for identification in New Zealand, was brought to Stratford this evening, and handed to Mrs. Robert McQuay, of Orlando Street. She immediately identified it as a photograph of her son. Thomas George McQuay. She said that although he had changed considerably since she saw him in 1915, he was without doubt her son. ___ ' --*- —; . „
