NEW LYNN TOWN BOARD

YEAR’S WORK REVIEWED The schedule of expenditure for the year submitted by the works committee of the New Lynn Town Board at the meeting last evening was followed by a long discussion. It was finally decided to consider the details at a special meeting to be held next Tuesday. During the last fortnight 3 3 permits for building had been granted, of a gross estimated value of £ 2,510. Three dwellings were included in these figures. The foreman reported that the Smith Street culvert had been completed, at a cost of £52. The chairman was appointed to represent the board at a conference of local bodies to discuss the transport commission.
