EASTER TOURNEY ANNUAL PALMERSTON FIXTURE The St. Andrew * Club at Palmcr•con North t# boldine the usual Easter Soccer tournament at Palmeraton North, and entries of senior teams have been received from Wellington and Wanganui, In addition to the local Manawatu clubs and some Auckland entries are expected before the closing data on Saturday next. A silver cup and handsome gold medals are presented to the winning team In the knockout, and also medals for the winners of the five-a-side contests. Last year North Shore won the flve-a-side, and Is endeavouring to get a full team away this year. The tourney gives the contesting teams some good training for the opening of the season, and visiting clubs arc most hospitably entertained by the local enthusiasts. JUNIOR COMMITTEE MEETS The Junior Management Committee of the Auckland Football Association met last evening. Mr. G. T. Lee presided. After a short discussion the annual report was adopted. The following officers were elected: Club delegates, Messrs. G. C. Dalian - tvne, R. N. Beswlck. T. G. Fullbrook, C. N. Walker, G. L. Adams; schools delegates, Messrs. C. Allen, C. E. Downes, R. P. Harrison, G. T. Lee, A. H. Woods.
