ELECTRICAL INSPECTION
POWER BOARD BUSY The periodical inspection of all electric installations, which is demanded by the recently issued Public Works Regulations, is being undertaken by the Auckland Electric Power Board, and four inspectors with their staffs are busy in different parts of the city. Elaborate precautions have been taken to ensure that The credentials of board employees are established, certificates and badges being issued to the men to present to householders whom they visit. Consumers therefore are enabled to test the bona fides of the men before allowing them access to the premises. The regulations stipulate an inspection of this nature every five years.
