£25,000 TO BE RAISED FOR BOULEVARD Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, To-day. At a public meeting yesterday evening it was decided to celebrate the Diamond Jubilee of the city by, raising £25,000 for the construction of a a riverside boulevard along the lower reaches of the Avon.
