USING TWO MIRRORS.

FOR REARWARD VISION. ADDITION TO GADGETS. It is clear that by employing both a central mirror and one fitted to the off side a driver can obtain an excellent range of rearward vision, but this, of course, entails expense, and an addition to the number of gadgets fitted to the car. The London “Motor” considers that the use of two mirrors is certainly to be advised, one being employed to show whether anyone is following up, while the other is of great service in making visible those cars about to overtake. To motorists who iiave not previously made much use of driving mirrors, a gentle word of warning may be useful to the effect that, however important seeing backwards may be, to see forward is even more essential. This cryptic warning is addressed particularly to those -who have just fitted a mirror, and who are apt to glance into it so frequently as to take their attention off the roafi ahead.
