Coalmine Dispute. —No settlement has been reached in the dispute over firing a shot in the Millerton Mine, and the Westport Coal Company has had the ponies taken out of the mine. Auditor Sued. —The case in which the Todd Motor Company of Christchurch. sued Arthur L. Gray, accountant, for £649 19s, alleging that he was negligent in not discovering defalcations by the firm’s accountant, was con-to-day. Decision was reserved.
