LEAGUE RUGBY

GRAFTON ATHLETIC CLUB ANNUAL MEETING HELD The annual meeting of the Grafton Athletic Rugby League Club was held last night at the Leys Institute, Ponsonby, over 50 members being present. The club president, Mr. P. French, presided. The chief business for the evening was the adoption of the report and balance sheet, and the election of officers for the ensuing year. The balanc© sheet showed total assets £3S and no liabilities. The election of officers resulted as follows: Patron, Mr. W. J. Webb; vice-patron. Mi*. W. Pratt; president, Mr. P. French; delegate to Auckland League, Mr. A. Brown; delegate to Junior Management Committee, Mr. A. Hopkinson: secretary and treasurer, Mr. T. Ratcliff; assistant-secretary, Mr. H. Cattrell; club captain, Mr. T. Avery; senior selector. Mr. B. Avery; committee, Messrs. T. McGregor, H. Avery, R. Nelson, F. Bryer, H. Timmins.
