Constables; Charged
ALLEGED TO HAVE BEEN ON HOTEL PREMISES HAMILTON SENSATION (From Our Own Correspondent.) HAMILTON, To-day. Two police constables, Arthur Cyril Shilton, and Arnold Sydney Wade, were charged at the Hamilton PoliceCourt this morning with being found on licensed premises, the Commercial Hotel, Hamilton, after hours on March 1. Owing to the unavoidable absence of Mr. E. H. Northcroft, a witness for the defence, the case was adjourned until March 28.
