OMEO MURDER TRIAL PROBATIONER REMANDED By Cablt.—Press Association. — Copyright. MELBOURNE, Sunday. The jury empanelled in the trial at Sale. Gippsland, of Ronald Griggs, the Methodist probationer who was charged with murdering his wife at Omeo, after having been locked up ail Friday night, notified the Judge yesterday morning that they were unable to agree. They were discharged and accused was remanded until April 16. There were remarkable scenes outside the Court, where a large crowd of people awaited the verdict.—A. and N.Z.
