Carlton; time. 22 3-ss. 880yds, C. Sturt; time, lm 57 3-ss. One mile walk, F. Chapman; time, 6m 35 3-ss. 440yds hurdles, R. Scott, 60s. Throwing the discus. M. Saar, 117 ft 7in. Throwing the 161 b hammer, M. O’Brien. 124 ft 101 in. Pole vault, A. Floyd and W. Clarke tied at 10ft 3in, and Floyd won the jump off at 10ft lin. Running, hop, step and jump, C. Ebert, 46ft 4£in. Women’s 100yds, Miss E. Robinsor; time, 12s. Running high jump, Miss 1. Winter. 4ft BJin, a State recordRunning broad jump, Miss I. Winter, 14ft 9Ain, a State record. —A. and N.Z.
