HOUSE BURNED DOWN

DIFFICULTY IN SAVING CHILDREN Press Association. ASHBURTON, Saturday. An eight-.roomed house in Seafield Road, owned by Mr. John McElhinney and occupied by Mr. T. Brennan, was burned down last night. The Are had a good hold when it was discovered. Difficulty was experienced in saving five children. The house was insured for £640 in the Eagle, Star and British Dominions Company.
